I've been taking pump fx for three weeks and absolutely love this supplement. The mental focus and drive that pump Fx gives me during my workouts are amazing. I'm also recovering alot faster from my workouts since I've been taking this supplement. pump fx will be a staple with me from now on.

Using whey fx is a great protein. I was able to lower my body weight from 216 pounds to 201 pound while maintaining my muscle and strength. How I did it. I would eat three small meals through out the day to limit my caloric and carb intake and use whey fx in between breakfast and lunch, as well as lunch and dinner. whey fx provided me with the protein and nutrition I needed to lose body fat without compromising my muscle and strength.
